From your home, to the design, to construction
Every project follows the same five steps, with the design defined and approved before construction is priced.
Step 1: Property Consultation
We start at your home to understand your goals, budget range and timing. Our team documents the space so design work begins from accurate existing conditions.
Step 2: Design & Preconstruction Proposal
Your proposal defines the design fee, scope, schedule, and the deliverables and revisions included, such as layouts, 3D renderings and finish selections.
Step 3: Design Development & Design Center Visit
Our interior designers develop the design under the agreed proposal, then you visit our Design Center to review the direction, cabinetry, materials and finishes.
Step 4: Design Approval & Construction Proposal
Once you approve the design and selections, we prepare a construction proposal built from them.
Step 5: Construction & Final Walkthrough
We build the approved design, including custom cabinetry made in our own shop, and close the project with a walkthrough together.
